Garmin is well known of GPS device in worldwide, in Malaysia and Singapore there is a group of people http://www.malsingmaps.com/ maintain own map by contribution of POI (Point of Interest) which is the location (Good place to go) and new route in these area where as the Map provider need to spend more resource of maintaining it, i believe Malsing is the best to use after all.
